You can permanently delete your Loona account and all associated data. This includes your posts, confessions, messages, and profile information.
Your account is not deleted immediately. It enters a 30-day grace period.
During this time, you can log back into the app to cancel the deletion and restore your account fully.
After 30 days, all data is permanently and irrevocably deleted. This cannot be undone.
Open the Loona app on your phone
Tap the Profile tab (bottom right)
Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon in the top right
Scroll down to Support → Delete Account
Tap Schedule Deletion and confirm. You'll be logged out and your 30-day grace period begins.
Send us an email with your registered email address and we'll process the deletion request within 72 hours.
Please send from your registered Google account email.
